Q How to make a customized product?
A Please send your technical drawing, we can produce according to that ;If you have no design team, just tell us your idea, we can provide you 3D drawing or 2D drawing for approval before sampling.

Q How long is the lead time for mass order?
A For standard product, normal lead time is 15-25 days; For customized product, lead time 30-35 days.

Q Payment term?
A Wire transfer 30% paid before production, 70% paid before shipment. We will send you enough photo and video to prove the quality , or take samples from bulk for your approval before shipment.

Q How to deliver goods to overseas?
A For samples, we can offer you door to door service by airfreight or express DHL/FedEx/UPS ; For mass order, we can do FOB or CIF incoterm by sea. We can ship goods over 100 countries sea port.
